A six-month multidimensional training that teaches you to work with the four core layers of transformation:
energy, breath, the subconscious and the family system.

Whether you’re beginning your path or deepening an existing practice,
this training gives you everything you need to become a grounded, safe and powerful healer.

Pillar 1 — The Energetic Module
Energy anatomy, intuitive reading, hands-on healing, energetic boundaries and clearing.

Pillar 2 — The Somatic & Breathwork Module
Breath cycles, emotional release, somatic unwinding, nervous system repair.

Pillar 3 — The Quantum Hypnosis Module
Regression, deep trance, past/future lives, higher self communication, subconscious reprogramming.

Pillar 4 — The Systemic & Ancestral Module
Constellations, hidden loyalties, generational patterns, ancestral trauma, systemic interventions.

• CERTIFICATION AFTER SUCCESFULLY COMPLETING
  Upon successful completion, you will receive an certification to professionally apply breathwork and bodywork, with recognition, access to advanced trainings, and a supportive network.

DO I NEED EXPERIENCE?
No. You bring the calling, we teach you the craft.

IS ACCOMODATION INCLUDED DURING THE TRAINING WEEK IN PORTUGAL?
No. Students book their own stay. Training hours are 12:00–18:00.

IS THE TRAINING TRAUMA INFORMED?
Yes, deeply. The Academy integrates energetic, somatic and systemic safety throughout the entire curriculum.
Valérie is trained in three levels of trauma-informed breathwork, and her work is rooted in nervous system awareness, emotional regulation and safe facilitation.

She does not position herself as a trauma therapist, because the term feels too clinical and heavy for the type of intuitive, multidimensional work she offers,
but every module of the Academy is designed to be trauma-sensitive, regulated and deeply safe for both you and your future clients.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A LIVE SESSION?
Webinars are recorded, so you can always replay them.

WHEN ARE THE LIVE WEBINARS?
Every first Tuesday of the month at 19:00 we meet live.
You also get access to a rich online library with study material and recordings of webinars from previous years.

WHEN DO WE START?
You will receive access to the course on January 1st, 2026.
The first live webinar will take place on Tuesday January 6th, 2026.
The in-person training week will be scheduled in alignment with all participants to ensure the best dates for the group.

CAN I TAKE ONLY THE ONLINE PLATFORM WITHOUT ATTENDING LIVE COMPONENTS?
Yes, you can choose to only follow the online platform if that fits your needs. This happens upon request.

IS THIS FOR BEGINNERS OR ADVANCED STUDENTS?
Both.
Valérie has seen beginners make extraordinary progress in their own healing, which often makes them exceptionally intuitive and powerful facilitators.

She has also guided healers with 10, 15, even 20 years of experience who join the Academy saying they’re “here for the final piece… the last stretch before 'closing' their own healing journey.”

Interestingly, those experienced practitioners are often the ones who go through the biggest transformation, because they arrive believing they’ve “seen it all,” and then discover an entirely new depth inside this lineage.

CAN I OFFER SESSIONS TO OTHERS WITH THIS CERTIFICATION?
Yes, after completing the course, you’ll be equipped to confidently facilitate sessions for others and receive a certificate.
